Revised review – Years of working in customer service taught me that customers who are satisfied the first time are not your best references. But customers who have a problem and have that problem resolved ARE. They tell everyone. I had a great purchase experience in the fall, and then I had an issue with service this spring. I posted a comment here and within a few days I was contacted by the dealership. I explained the situation, and much to my surprise, they had already investigated it and said they wanted to refund my money and make it right. And they did. After a very bad experience with another Ford dealer in a larger nearby city, we just assumed they were all the same. Well, it looks like they are not. The Jack Kain team went above and beyond what I asked to make it right and make me a happy customer. My faith is renewed and confidence restored. THANK YOU!
